April Savings for the Children

In April we saved $100.22 in exactly the same way we had in the previous months.  In both March and April Harris Teeter, one the local grocery stores at which we shop, had some excellent “buy one, get one free” sales.  So that really helped keep the savings at a fairly high level.
We sent a check for $100 to World Vision to be used for medicines and supplies needed in critical areas where lives can actually be saved.  We chose this because the gift was going to be multiplied 12 times!  So our $100 would provide $1,200 towards necessities for saving lives.
